Needle-punched felt bags for pulse-jet and shaker collectors — sized to your tubesheet and matched to your dust.
The filter bag is the working core of every dust collector. Ours are built from needle-punched felt with a woven scrim support, and the surface finish is chosen for your duty: singed faces shed the dust cake cleanly, PTFE membranes capture sub-micron emissions, and repellent finishes keep moist or sticky dust from blinding the fabric.
Fitment is where most bag orders go wrong, so we treat it as a specification item, not an assumption. Tell us the collector model or send the bag dimensions — diameter, length, and whether the tubesheet takes a snap band, flange or raw-top collar — and we confirm a drawing with you before production. Every batch is inspected against that drawing before shipment.
