What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product — standard filter cloth rolls and media usually have low MOQs, while custom specifications need a minimum run. Trial orders are welcome; tell us what you need and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples can be arranged for most products so you can verify the specification before committing. Courier cost and sample terms are confirmed when we quote.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product, specification and quantity — it is confirmed in writing with your quotation before you place the order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed case by case and confirmed in your quotation. We are happy to discuss the arrangement that works for both sides.
Can you customize specifications?
Yes. Most items can be customized in material, area weight, width, finishing and packing. Send your specification (or the application and duty conditions) and we will confirm feasibility.
Do you offer OEM or private-label packing?
Private-label packing and custom carton marks can be arranged for qualifying orders — discuss the details with our sales team when you inquire.
How do you control quality?
Specifications are agreed in writing before production, and every batch is inspected against them before shipment. Photos and available test data are shared with you before the goods leave. See our

What export documents do you provide?
A complete document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (including Form E where applicable) and transport documents. Product documentation such as test reports is available on request where applicable.
