Needle-punched and woven cloths for flat bed coolant and process water filtration.
Flat bed (gravity band) filtration is the workhorse of coolant clarification: dirty coolant flows across a moving cloth, solids are held on the surface and the clean filtrate returns to the machine. Needle-punched cloth is chosen for high dirt holding and long runs; woven cloth is chosen where the filtrate must be clearer, the chemistry is aggressive, or the cake must release cleanly.
Ordering by fabric name alone is the most common mistake in this category — weave, permeability and finishing all change the result. Keep a sample of the cloth you use today and tell us what you like and dislike about it; we will match the behaviour, not just the name, and supply rolls or finished cut sheets to your bed width.
